Gas Filter Filter Element
Boedon, Weaving for Sieving & Filtering
Boedon started from metal wire mesh, developing its derivative market, focusing on the filtration industry, providing professional filters, and manufacturing replaceable filter elements made of metal wire mesh for various industries.
Gas filters are suitable for all situations requiring the filtration of natural gas, such as gas regulation and metering stations, and delivery stations, effectively removing solid particles from the gas flow. Particles accumulated at the bottom of the filter housing are periodically discharged. Filters are usually installed before metering and control lines, typically located within the filter skid, allowing for the replacement of filter elements without stopping the gas supply.

Gas enters through the inlet and flows through the filter element that reduces the flow rate. Larger solid particles and impurities are separated from the gas and accumulate at the bottom of the container. As the gas flows from the outside to the inside, the residual solid particles are retained by the filter mesh of the filter element (depending on the specifications of the filter element). Ultimately, the clean gas flows to the outlet.
