Boedon's Workshop Overview

Boedon is a professional metal woven mesh manufacturer with numerous advanced equipment, strict quality control systems and many skilled workers, and gains the trust and support of many customers because of its high quality products and thoughtful services. Today, let's pay a visit to Boedon's workshop and introduce some devices in the workshop.

Many weaving machines are neatly placed in the workshop.
Weaving Machines

It weaves metal wires or alloy wires into metal mesh fabric. A woven mesh weaving machine usually consists of a mainframe, reels, a threading device, an electrical control system, and other parts. Under the action of the weaving machine mainframe, metal wires or alloy wires are threaded through the threading device, woven through the weaving head on the mainframe, and finally formed into a metal woven mesh.

The slitting machine is cutting woven wire cloth into mesh strips.
Slitting Machines

It adopts CNC technology and achieves cutting by controlling cutting tools through computer control system. During the cutting process, metal woven mesh is fixed on the workbench and is fed into the cutting area through a conveyor belt or by manual movement. The cutting tool on the slitting machine cuts the mesh into desired size according to the preset cutting path and parameters.

Woven wire cloth after punching is placed near the punching machine.
Punching Machines

It is an automation control punching device that achieves metal woven mesh shape and size processing by punching. Replacing different dies can punch the metal woven mesh into desired shapes (bowls or sheets) and sizes. Various dies and advanced punching machines can improve the quality and compatibility of the finished products.

The galvanized bath is filled with bath solution.
Galvanized Batch

Soak the woven wire mesh into the bath solution and take advantage of the current to make the metal ions deposit on the product surface and form a uniform, dense metal film with specific functions, thus achieving the purpose of corrosion resistance, beautification and enhanced wear resistance.

The binding machine is working.
Binding Machines

Put the woven wire mesh onto the workbench of the machine. Through the automatic control of the machine, binding materials are softened after heating and pressed on the edge of the mesh, forming a rigid frame (metal, EPDM or other materials). It improves the hardness of the woven wire mesh and prevent the mesh from deformation because of excessive tension.

The machine is performing spot welding on the woven mesh.
Spot Welding Machines

It is a machine that uses the current to weld 2 or more pieces of woven wire mesh together. The current generates heat at the contact points of multiple layers of metal sheets, and the metal woven mesh products are welded together by melting and cooling to enhance the strength and stability of the metal woven mesh.

A laser welding machine
Laser Welding Machines

It uses laser beams to achieve metal woven mesh welding. During the welding process, laser beams will heat up the welding points on the metal woven mesh to a high temperature, making it melt instantly and weld together with adjacent metal wires. The laser welding machine control system can control parameters such as welding speed, welding position and welding power, thereby achieving high precision welding.

The laser cutting machine is cutting the metal woven mesh.
Laser Cutting Machines

It is a device that uses laser beams to perform metal woven mesh cutting. It achieves high precision metal woven mesh cutting. The cut part edges are smooth and no blurs and requires no further processing. In addition, it also cuts the metal woven mesh into various shapes such as round, square and oval shapes to meet the needs of different fields.

A man is pressing the metal woven mesh onto the pleating machine.
Pleating Machines

It presses the metal woven mesh into wave shapes through a group of roller moving up and down to form a series of pleats. These pleats increase the surface are of the metal woven mesh, allowing it to better filter and sieve materials. Moreover, pleats also enhance the strength and rigidity of the metal woven mesh, thereby improving its service life and durability.
