Copper Woven Mesh

Copper Woven Mesh for Shielding & Filtration Applications

Copper woven mesh is made by weaving copper wires with a purity of 99.8% or more together, featuring non-magnetic, electrical and thermal conductivity. It is often used in the fields of laboratory, aerospace, construction and chemicals and plays the role of EMI shielding as well as solid, liquid and gas filtration.

Copper is a rose-red colored metal. According to its chemical composition, its commonly used grades include C10100, C10200, C11000, and C12500.

Among them, C10100 is suitable used for electrical and electronic conductors, wave guides, vacuum tubes and other applications that require high electrical conductivity and low oxygen content; C10200 is often used in electrical applications such as wiring, switchgear, and bus bars, as well as electronic components such as printed circuit boards and connectors; C11000 is primarily used in bus bars, as well as electrical and electronic conductors; C12500 is typically used in the manufacturing of copper-based alloys, high-quality pressure-treated semi-finished products, air conditioning and low-temperature equipment components.

A roll of copper woven mesh is displayed.
Weave Types

Both Plain Dutch Weave Mesh and Twill Dutch Weave Mesh can be customized.
