FeCrAl Woven Mesh – An Ideal Heating Resistance Material

FeCrAl woven mesh is made of FeCrAl alloy wires with low temperature coefficient of electric resistance and exceptionally high service temperature limit. It is mainly used as the drying and heating equipment in metallurgy, dyeing, food processing and hospitals, or used as an ideal heating resistance material in household appliances, gas burners and infrared device.

According to different chemical compositions, FeCrAl alloy is divided into 1Cr13Al4, 1Cr12Al4, 0Cr21Al6, 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr21Al6Nb and 0Cr27Al7Mo2. 1Cr13Al4 can be used at a temperature up to 950 °C; 1Cr12Al4 can be used at a temperature up to 1100 °C; 0Cr21Al6 can be used at a temperature up to 1250 °C; 0Cr23Al5 can be used at a temperature up to 1250 °C; 0Cr25Al5 can be used at a temperature up to 1250 °C; 0Cr21Al6Nb can be used at a temperature up to 1350 °C; 0Cr27Al7Mo2 can be used at a temperature up to 1400 °C.
